Will it ship in time?
Print orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days. For specific occasions (birthday, holiday) order at least 10 days ahead.
Can I include a note from the grandkids?
Yes — as you create the book, tell us who it’s from and we print it on a signed dedication page. Many parents put a quote from the kid in their own words.
Will the illustrations actually look like my kid?
Yes. We use your photo as a reference and render every page in watercolor style with their face, skin tone, and hair. If your child doesn't light up when they see the cover, we'll refund you in full — and you keep the book.
How fast is it?
